As the Chief Investment Officer at American Portfolios (AP), Mr. Walsh is the lead portfolio manager of the Nine Points Investment Management (NPIM) model portfolios. He upholds the process and philosophy developed by AP's investment management committee to provide a solution for AP’s affiliated advisors, building upon more than twenty-five years of experience in the financial services industry. Walsh has held positions as a senior research analyst and portfolio manager at Julius Baer Investment Management, and was the lead research analyst at Sidoti & Company, where he was named a "Master Stock Picker" in the Wall Street Journal's 2005 "Best on the Street Survey." He holds a dual major in finance and management systems from Fordham University's Graduate School of Business MBA program, has a bachelor's in finance from Villanova University and is a CFA Charterholder.
